If you're from Toronto you probably know who this is. Igor Kenk is being accused of coordinating the biggest bicycle theft ring in Toronto history. The local police have found over 3000 bikes in his possession. Everyone knew who Kenk was because he had a long establed 'used' bicycle shop in the popular Queen West shopping area. Here is him from the time of his arrest to him exiting his arraignment trial.

It's so easy to cast him as a horrible villain in the first picture, but then he cleans up and looks all respectable.
It's hard to believe he's the same person. He looks like he had plastic surgery.
